It’s been an exciting few months for indie author, Ran Walker. After his book, Daykeeper, won the adult fiction category of the 2018 Virginia Author Project, he went on to win the inaugural Indie Author of the Year award, and continued his streak as the Black Caucus of the American Library Association’s 2019 Ebook Literary Award winner.
Ran recently sat down with Jane Friedman to discuss these successes, his journey to get here, and what comes next for the flourishing indie author.
BiblioBoard and IngramSpark are thrilled to share that Ran will also be doing a book signing at the 2019 ALA Annual Conference in Washington D.C. Those interested in a signed copy of Daykeeper can join Ran at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 22 at IngramSpark’s booth #2320. Additionally, you can also reach out to Ran directly to book an author visit at your library.
Be sure to keep an eye out for additional Indie Author Project news and other exciting updates here on our blog and social media.
What a great interview. I really enjoyed it. Congratulations Ran!
